What are some specific steps you might take to improve your time management and time management Skills?

 

Time management is a commonly known as a sense method of managing the most important resource you have, your time. It allows anyone to focus on the important tasks and problems by using a system that will allow you to make more effective use of your time. It is very important to develop effectual strategies for managing your time to steadiness the conflicting demands of time for study, leisure, earning money and job hunting. For effective time management, some basic skills including setting clear goals, breaking your goals down into discreet steps, and reviewing your progress towards goals are highly required for proper Action Planning. However, there are some other skills involved including prioritizing - focusing on imperative and significant tasks rather than those that are not important; organizing your work schedule; list making to remind you of what you need to do when; persevering when things are not working out and avoiding procrastination. There are three simple steps to improve time management and they are discussed below.

Step 1: Setting a plan for the day by listing of what I can realistically achieve during the day. This must be done before starting any work or assignment.

Step 2: When starting to complete the daily task it is always recommended to go with the most important one. However, priority based work is always preferred so that the worker can be relieved by completing the most important work

Step 3: In this step the scheduled works are needed to review at the end of the day. What did I get done? What can I do tomorrow to make my work more efficient and productive? It is important to update my tasks and to start a new list for the coming day with the unfinished tasks of today.
